Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, email support@bareshopp.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
